The divorce seems to be an unhappy one. This is the first time the World Economic Forum, which took place in Gurgaon from November 6-8, is being done without its partner CII. The impact was visible when CII president Adi Godrej was prevented from entering a discussion hall by the security guards. Godrej could only make his way in after fighting with the guards and using his name. An upset Godrej said, “This has never happened in WEF earlier. They are not letting people in. They are very rude. They allowed me only after fighting and telling my name.”
