This is very unfortunate. The companies had gained huge during the boom period and now just within 2 months period, the employees are being sacked. This is not at all acceptable. They should wait for some time for increasing trend and should take this type of steps over a period of six to twelve months. So that the excess staff may search the jobs and settle down.

This is very unfortunate and these companies had earned a lot during the boom. just within 2 months, the good performers also being kicked out. This is not at all acceptable. They should wait for some time with some interim planning and should decide over a period of six to twelve months. So that people will search jobs and adjust some where.
