Defending champs ONGC in semifinals

Defending champions ONGC, runners-up Airport Authority of India, Food Corporation of India and State Bank of Travancore qualified for semi-finals of the All India Public Sector Football tournament being held at the Ambedkar Stadium.
In Monday's matches, ONGC trounced NALCO 6 -0. The highlight was a fine hat-trick scored by Kailash in 11th, 19th, 32nd mintue. Pahoon opened score 1- 0 in 8th mintue while Abram and David added one goal each in 67th and 69th mintue to complete tally 6-0.
