CTU scam: Revision plea dismissed

A Special CBI Court Monday dismissed the revision application filed by one of the accused in the CTU recruitment scam. One of the accused, Naveen Kumar had moved a revision petition stating that the charges framed against him should be reviewed.
The Court dismissed the application. The case had surfaced in October 2012 when the UT police had arrested 13 persons who were impersonating in the recruitment examination for the post of conductors in CTU. Charges against the accused were framed by the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate. Naveen Kumar, one of the accused had however, moved an application to the Special CBI court stating that the charges should be reviewed. The court Monday dismissed the application.
