They argue for an intelligent filter that maps out the trend in the price movement, and allows the stock to move in that direction rationally, but at the same time spotting any usual quotes. Since the volume of trade on the first day of the relisting is often thin--only around 850 KGN shares changed hands on relisting--it is easier for the stock exchange to effectively monitor the movement....
