A Chinese armless man was fined 80$ for driving without a license after police spotted him steering his car with his feet.
The 45-year-old Guo from Hubei Province was on his way to
Chongqing from Shanghai with his friend when police caught him yesterday at a service station on a highway, Shanghai.
The man used his left foot to control the steering wheel
and changed gears with his right foot.
Guo told the police that he had already driven 160,000 km
without a licence and had never met an accident.
He said his arms were amputated when he was seven years
old due to an accident involving high-voltage power lines.
He learned driving with feet after seeing a friend of his
doing it and thought it didn't look very difficult.
