The German government recently announced the inauguration of the German House for Research and Innovation in New Delhi (DWIH New Delhi) at a function held at the German House in Chanakyapuri, Delhi, which will also serve as the provisional office of the consortium. DWIH New Delhi is the fifth focal point for enhanced German academic and research cooperation, along with São Paolo (Brazil), Moscow (Russia), New York (USA) and Tokyo (Japan).
