Cabinet reshuffle shifts focus to results: Premji

In a marked change from his recent stance on the nature of decision making in government, Wipro chairman Azim Premji has expressed optimism that recent changes in the Union Cabinet would result in a shift from trepidation and caution to policy execution.
“With a set of new ministers who report directly to the Prime Minister the message is very clear, from what I understand, that they have to give results and they have to get bureaucrats to take more responsibility and not be full of trepidation and caution if any questioning is taking place. What is right they should do and the minister will fully support them,’’ Premji said after results announcement.
