Thursday’s UPA coordination committee meeting is expected to make an attempt to formulate the coordinated response of the ruling alliance to the economic challenges before the country.
The committee was constituted last month to ensure cohesive functioning of the UPA after the NCP complained of a lack of coordination in the ruling alliance.
The meeting will be the first since Trinamool’s pullout last week.
