There is margin of internet in indian economy. Even TRAI is not aware of hoe these boradband providers are providing the bandwidth.. Always varying bandwidh and costly.. some times only vl a get 256kbps speed, if we take such connection..Really IN india INTERNET is a Costlier than any other country in the world. Speed is very lesser as compared to other countries. GR8..

If major ISP's such as MTNL cannot even provide more than 50% connectivity or upload and download speeds greater than 60 kbps, then the term broadband is irrelevant. We are still at the level of Dial Up, though paying for Broadband.
