“We are planning to form a team of 12 members who will address the requirement of local leaders by conducting different training seminars, conferences and meetings across major cities. The training and teaching aids include audiotapes, videotapes, CDs, books, manuals and Britt logos,” he said. So far, the company has been providing business training and support systems to Amway IBOs (independent business owners) on the platform of ethics, self-belief and accountability, he added.
Apart from this, Britt Worldwide India is also planning to set up a mini stadium in Mumbai to impart business training and support systems to Amway IBOs who operate the ‘Britt’ system within the next few weeks. “The mini stadium will accommodate 15,000 Amway IBOs. For the purpose, we are currently in talks with the state government,” he added.
“The objective behind the move is to cut down on expenses by 15 per cent within a year. So far, we have been spending heavily on conducting seminars, conferences and meetings in various hotels and premium seminar halls,” he said.
The company is also planning to expand the number of service centres from 23 to 25 within a year.
According to Mr Adhikari, with the new initiatives, the company hopes to spur sales growth of Amway products by an additional 15 per cent within
