Grabhouse.com, a 100% broker-free house renting online platform, has registered 66,000 broker free houses within a year of its launch. The company has enlisted 17,000 happy home seekers and has helped them save brokerage worth a whopping Rs 4.45 crore.

With a vigorous emphasis on social media, Grabhouse.com is reaching out to individuals and youngsters to help them find houses, tenants and roommates. The portal generates a customized flyer mentioning all the house requirements of the user automatically. This flyer looks like an attractive poster and can be shared on Facebook, Twitter or Google+ in one click. The   company is focussing on house seekers and is witnessing creation of 450 new seeker profiles each day. Information about 600 houses is being posted on the website daily. No brokers are allowed to post or contact users. This is ensured through the deployment of smart filtering tools. 

Encouraging signs for Intersolar India 2014

Mumbai: Companies in the solar sector and the wider economy are pinning high hopes on the new Indian government that assumed power in May of this year.
