Even as Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is yet to respond to Gujarat poll verdict, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi appears to be treading cautiously by deciding not to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Narendra Modi. Bihar BJP president C P Thakur, however, will attend the function.

Sources said the Bihar deputy CM would not go to Gujarat because “he has not received a personal invitation” from Narendra Modi. This is the second time that the Bihar deputy CM might have felt being ignored by the Gujarat CM. After the 2010 resounding victory for the JD-U-BJP combine (the BJP won 91 seats), the Gujarat CM did not congratulate Sushil Kumar Modi.

Thakur said: “I have received a big invitation card through post to attend Narendra Modi’s swearing-in. I am going to attend it. I do not know which other Bihar BJP leader is going there. Nitish Kumar should have shown a large heart and congratulated Narendra Modi.”

Votebank politics

JDU has been a party doing vote bank politics with minority community and will gradually be eliminated from future politics which will be based on only development. These hypocrite parties will gradually be marginalized. These leaders are so scared of vote bank that they break all decency of public life. Congress,TDP, JDU, TMC, DMK, SP, BSP,BJD. The people of India will not forgive them for looking after their own selfish interest at the cost of the nation.

Nitish Kumar is right in not attending Modi's oath ceremony

Divyesh | 27-Dec-2012Reply | Forward
Nitish Kumar is right in not attending Modi's oath ceremony. He knows about Modi's attitude towards minorities and he doesn't want to support him for that reason. He never wants Modi to come to Bihar for campaigning during elections. Nitish Kumar is genius and he is a man of principles. He had cancelled a diner arranged by him for BJP top brass during BJP's meeting in Patna as Modi had advertised his photo with Nitish Kumar. Noe Sushil Modi a BJO Dy. CM also neglected Modi and preferred not to attend his oath ceremony.
