Bidushi murder: Cops focus on call records
Although the police are still grappling for leads, they have begun scanning the contacts list on Bidushi’s phone, as well as scrutinising her call records.
“Bidushi had not taken a single call on her mobile phone or even dialled any number since morning that day,” added the officer.
According to police officers, a team visited Bidushi’s rented apartment at Manish Garden building to reconstruct the scene of her murder. “We are investigating all possible angles,” said Vijay Bhoite, senior inspector.
“We have requested for the CCTV recordings of the bank which is opposite the building, which could throw some light on the mysterious visitor who came to visit Bidushi at 9.15 am on the day of her murder,” said an officer from the police station.
“The building watchman said at 2.14 pm that day, a person whose name is not clear on the register, visited her. This person, and someone who visited her at 9.15 am, are the main suspects,” police said.
