New Delhi:The proprietor of an export agency in the Naraina Industrial Area was arrested on January 24 for allegedly defaulting on payment of provident fund dues of

Rs 6.5 lakh. Raju, recovery officer of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation, Delhi North, said the proprietor was released after recovery of the full amount. He said this was the third case in the last six months of a person being arrested to effect recovery.

CBSE helpline to tackle exam-related stress

New Delhi:For the 16th consecutive year, the CBSE will provide psychological counselling to students preparing for examinations “to overcome exam-related stress”. The pre-examination counselling began on February 1 and will continue till April 17. The counselling will be done through multiple modes such as telephonic counselling, question-answers columns in newspapers, and online counselling through the CBSE website. The board has also arranged to provide counselling to specially-abled children this year. Students can dial 1800-11-8004 from any part of the country to access the helpline.
