Australian all-rounder Andrew Symonds has apparently levelled a charge of "racial abuse" against Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh after the third day's play of the second cricket Test in Sydney on Friday.

Symonds, through captain Ricky Ponting, has apparently spoken to the two umpires at the end of the day's play and they have brought up the charge against Harbhajan Singh.

According to Indian team's media manager, the "hearing is scheduled for tomorrow."
