Mumbai, Nov 30: Switzerland-based Strategic Alliances Financial Services has joined hands with India’s Keynote Corporate Services for facilitating tie-ups, mergers and acquisitions between mid-sized Indian companies in regions such as Latin America and certain parts of Europe. The tie-up will also facilitate investments from private as well as institutional investors from India and vice versa.
Keynote will exclusively represent Strategic Alliances in India. Ernst E Von Mecklenburg, who has been active in the financial services sector for over three decades and the founding partner of Strategic Alliance, said: “Strategic Alliances is well networked in Switzerland, Spain and Latin American countries such as Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru and Venezuela. With Keynote representing them in India, there could be tremendous potential to work with Indian companies looking for overseas opportunities.” “India has huge potential for offering BPO, IT, computer animation, web designing and other services to the international markets and we can use this country as a hub for providing these services,” he said. “Europe is a large market for Indian companies and offers tremendous potential for joint ventures, tie-ups and alliances between the corporates on both sides,” Vineet Suchanti, director, Keynote, said. The mid-market segment is poised for growth and the company aims to facilitate this, he added. “We can help companies to expand by bringing right partners together,’’ partner of Strategic Alliances R Sulzer said.
