Lucknow, Nov 19: Sahara has appointed international management and construction consultants, Gleeds, to provide consultancy and project management for the development of its Sahara City Homes brand of townships that are coming up in 217 cities of India.

Gleeds, which has over 120 years of experience in the building and construction industry and currently employs over 1,200 people in 13 countries across 5 continents, will provide specialised support to Sahara City Homes in the process of construction supply chain, quality, health and safety management.

Sahara City Homes is a flagship real estate project of Sahara Prime City Limited, under which a chain of 217 townships each spread over 100 to 300 acre are planned to be developed across India. Construction is in full swing in Lucknow, Nagpur, Indore, Ahmedabad, Gwalior and Coimbatore and development work is under progress in Jaipur, Aurangabad, Solapur and Jodhpur.

Announcing the tie-up, Sushanto Roy, head, Sahara Prime City Limited said, “This tie-up is another initiative towards our commitment of providing world class quality.”
