Shimla: : The Himachal Pradesh government distributed about Rs 1,400 crore as benefits to state employees and pensioners during the last one year, chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal has said. “By releasing two instalments each of dearness allowance and interim relief, the government has increased the employees emoluments by 25 %,” he said.
