Dr.C.Rangarajan has played an effecive and useful role in all assignments given to him.He is a cmpetent senior economist and it is advisable for Prime Minister to appoint him as Finance Minister.Sri Chidambaram can be given some other portfolio.As this is last yaer of present term of government it is better to give a face-lift at least now.
