Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said all factors would be taken into account before taking a decision on raising the prices of petroleum products.

"We have not taken a decision. All factors will be taken into account before a decision is taken", he told journalists on his way back home after the three-day visit to China.

Singh was replying to a question whether the government could keep avoiding a decision on this issue.

Asked whether the issue would come up in the cabinet meeting on January 17, the Prime Minister said he has not yet seen the agenda for the cabinet meeting.
