New Delhi, Oct 31 : In a first of its kind of survey, Nasscom on Wednesday rated Corbus (India) Pvt Ltd as the most exciting company to work for in the IT-BPO sector in India.

The survey, conducted in partnership with HR consultancy firm Grow Talent, identified 15 best companies to work for within the Rs 250 crore and below annual turnover category.

RMSI Pvt Ltd and Hytech Professionals India Pvt Ltd came in second and third places, respectively. Nagarro Software was at the fourth position, followed by vCustomer Services India, e4e Business Solutions India and Synergy India.

“While there are benchmarks that exist across industries, we felt that for the emerging companies segment, it is critical to identify and appreciate the frontrunners, who are employers of choice, and aptly showcase them,” said Nasscom president Kiran Karnik.

The survey found practices across a wide range of innovative parameters like balanced score card approach for performance appraisal to designing of performance grade cards, companies looking at adding best practices making them more attractive for employees, often enhancing productivity. simultaneously.
