Indiabulls signs insurance JV deal with SocGen unit Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd said on Friday it had signed a joint venture deal with Sogecap, the life insurance arm of France's Societe Generale, following a preliminary agreement in December.

Indiabulls will hold 74 percent of the venture, with Sogecap owning the remainder, it said in a statement.

Financial details were not disclosed.
