: Ethel Graff, 29, born in Brussels and holding both Belgian and German nationalities, joined the India office of ebookers in May 2003. ebookers is Europe’s leading online travel agency. Today she works as the project manager for France, Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland with Tecnovate eSolutions Pvt Ltd, which is a subsidiary of ebookers, at Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi.

“A friend of mine works at ebookers in Germany and I saw an advertisement for the Indian office on their webpage. I thought it will be a good experience. And last but not least, discovering India attracted me, too,” says Ms Graff.

In Bangalore, the hotbed of India’s tech dreams, David Tee, 40, a British national has been scouting for a suitable job for the past one year. A BSc in software engineering from the UK, Mr Tee is looking for a senior management role where he “can use 20 years of techno-commercial experience, ideally with some connection back to Europe”. Mr Tee’s last job was as CEO of the London Business Innovation Centre, which is a government agency which provides incubation support for new businesses.
