South Korean carmaker Hyundai Motors on Thursday said it will increase the prices of most of its models by January 12.

"We have decided to increase the price of 'i10' by Rs 5,000, introduced recently, along with other cars," Hyundai Motors India Ltd Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing Arvind Saxena told reporters at the 9th Auto Expo.

The company, which launched the LPG variant of Santro, expects to sell 5.3 lakh cars by the end of 2008.
