It is not the fifth bowler but Viru's captaincy that has come under question.He knew he doesnot have fifth specialist bowler.He should have used his quota and Shoaib in middle of the inning and reserved last 3-4 overs for his main bowlers.Probably he thought he has pocketed the game so bowling changes are irrelevant.Also it is high time he bats more responsibly. Nobody is sure how he is going to perform.Has tendency to throw away his wicket.He lives dangerously because there is too much of belligerence on his part.
