A subsidiary of Software Folks, two-year-old Saviance Technologies is a $18 million company. Explaining what motivated them to bring Disney to India, Rohit Mahajan, CEO of Saviance Technologies, who is himself trained at Disney Institute, says, “As corpo-rations continue to tread the growth roadmap, learning and development are becoming crucial functions of any business strategy and are necessary to shape future leaders.”
Disney Institute will provide firms with bench-marked business practices in the areas of leadership, management, service and loyalty along
with creativity. The programme targets people at all levels in the management who are in leadership and client servicing positions and need creative ways to solve internal and external client problems.
Realising that India has its unique set of challenges, the duo will work towards providing customised programmes. “A customised programme proves to be most effective as a catalyst for cultural change or raising the bar to the next level,” he says.
On completion, all participants will be awarded a certificate.
