“Leverage your strengths and work hard on your weaknesses — have clarity, conviction and a commitment to live up to your aim in life, said my father, friend, philosopher and guide. I aspired to surpass the achievement of my father, whom I idolise. My father is a self-made, highly motivated person. Therefore, I definitely wanted to scale more heights than him. He has given me a launchpad and now it up to me to soar high and add new dimensions to the existing business. His words have helped me reach wherever I am today.

I believe that education is what survives when what has been learned has been forgotten. The group was built on the “foundation of values”. At the personal front I believe — to laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children, to leave the world a better place, to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived — is a successful life — be true to yourself, and if you cannot put your heart in it, take yourself out of it.
