



Mumbai, February 18:: Production house BAG Films and Media on Monday said it will raise over Rs 56.54 crore by way of issue of shares to Mauritius-based fund house.
The board of directors of BAG has approved the allotment of 94 lakh equity shares amounting to Rs 56.54 crore to foreign fund house FID Funds, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Shares of BAG Films were trading at Rs 55.40, up 4.53 per cent on the BSE.
BEML to pay 55 pc interim dividend
State-run Bharat Earth Movers Ltd (BEML) on Monday said it will pay an interim dividend of 55 per cent on the paid-up share capital of the company for the year 2007-08.
The proposal was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting held today, it said in a filing to the BSE.
The firm has fixed March 5 as the record date for the payment of interim dividend.
Shares of the firm were trading at Rs 1185.90, down 2.99 per cent in the late afternoon trade on the BSE.
