Chennai, Aug 5 : The Coimbatore-based Atna Technologies India Private Ltd (a group company of Teknoturf) implemented its maiden CRM (Customer Relationship Management) IT solutions in the BPO player Integra India Private Ltd, to facilitate centralise information, create business processes that could be followed across the offices and provide real time information to its employees across the world .
The offshore company, Integra India at Coimbatore is a part of Integra Global Solutions Corp, USA - a leading book-keeping and medical transcription services. The CRM solution is based on ‘Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0’ encompassing a line of financial, customer relationship and supply chain management solutions that help businesses work effectively.
“We chose Atna Technologies as our CRM solutions implementing partner because of their strong functional expertise in this domain,’’ said Aravind Kumar, director, Integra, India.
The CRM project modules include business process study, Offsite-onsite model for implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and post implementation.

The Microsoft CRM package is delivered through a network of channel partners providing specialised services and works similar to other Microsoft software solutions to streamline processes across an entire business.
