



Chandigarh: Haryana plans to connect other parts of Gurgaon with Indira Gandhi International Airport through Metro, chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda said on Monday. In addition, 750 low-floor intracity buses on public-private-partnership model will ply plied in Gurgaon. Around 150 such buses will soon start plying in Gurgaon.
Referring to the demand raised by minister of state for agriculture and cooperation Sukhbir Kataria and Local MP Rao Inderjeet Singh about reduction in compensation by the High Court of the land acquired seven years back, the CM said though this matter was very complex but now it is about to be solved.
Kataria and Rao Inderjeet Singh had said in their speeches that the compensation fixed by the Sessions Court was lowered by the High Court because of which villagers from 20 villages in district Gurgaon suffered losses of about Rs 150 crore.
