104 villas for retirement community project announced

Real estate developer 'The Chennai Homes' today announced its first retirement community project 'Aishwaryam' comprising 104 fully furnished single bedroom independent villas.
The first phase comprising 54 units with a size between 415 square foot to 850 square foot on six acres at Kottaikadu, at Marakkanam about 110 km from here, has been
completed, Company CEO Jayashree Menon said.
"Aishwaryam is not just a collection of homes or a conclave. It is a community that offers its residents an opportunity to enjoy their golden years to the fullest", she
told reporters here.
The Chennai-based company is initially offering the villas at Rs 4,250 per square foot priced between Rs 26 and Rs 42 lakh (for 850 square foot), she said.
The second phase is expected to commence soon, The Chennai Homes Consultant Joseph Ittiachen said.
