“My life is incomplete without my iPad”

1 The job: The most amazing thing about my job is my association with the Liberty group and what I get to learn everyday through this association. My brand has a strong legacy; it’s made in India, youthful and connects with people and fashion. Moreover, it’s exciting to be part of the footwear industry which is growing annually at the rate of 10 per cent. However, it’s also a great job because, I make others 'get into' my shoes. It is not just a job, but a passion that I carry with me everyday.

2 The weekdays: My day starts early at 7:00 am. The first one hour goes into reading newspapers. After that, I go for a workout and spend one hour which is usually followed by a series of meetings. On reaching office, I have a series of meetings, conference calls, dealer meets, followed by meetings with my marketing and sales team that keeps a close watch on all the markets. I am also involved in regular motivational exercises to provide channel partners with innovative sales strategies to build the most effective relationship with existing and prospective customers.

3 The weekend: I am a family man when I am not at work! I love to spend more and more time with my wife and children. I also like to travel a lot with the family; hence, I go on a lot of weekend trips with them. I enjoy listening to popular music. Currently, I am reading the biography of Steve
