“A quick chat is often a stress buster”
2 The weekdays: When I am not travelling, my weekday begins around 6:30am. A quick update on my BlackBerry (as mandatory as brushing teeth) is followed by preparing my 5-year-old for school (I adore doing this!). The drive to office is a good time to catch up with my non-Mumbai based team and colleagues on phone. Office is generally a 11-hour day. While the day is a rush with meetings and discussions, lunch is a good time to catch up with colleagues. I try and ensure a 10-minute walk soon after. I am fortunate to have made good friends within the office; a quick chat is often a stress buster. I don’t appreciate the number of mails that fill my inbox every day; I rather prefer a quick call or a face-to-face discussion.
3 The weekend: Weekends are a good time to catch up on reading. I am a passionate sportsman and tennis is a top priority during weekends. I also enjoy a quiet evening home with family, especially on Sundays
