Realty firm Gulshan Homz plans to invest Rs 400 crore over the next three years for developing two of its projects – Gulshan Bellina in Greater Noida West and Gulshan Botnia in Sector – 144 along the Noida Expressway – in Delhi-NCR.
The company had recently launched Gulshan Botnia on Noida Expressway, which will have a total number of 768 units divided in 12 towers. The houses will cost Rs 48 lakh onwards.
The earlier-launched Gulshan Bellina will have a total number of 1124 units divided in 13 towers. The houses in this project will be in the price range of Rs 37 lakh onwards. The two projects are spread across an area of 7.01 acres (Gulshan Bellina) and 5.31 acres (Gulshan Botnia) respectively and will cumulatively house a total of 1892 units.
“All investments of the current phase would be met through internal accruals, customer advances & financial institutions and are aimed at boosting deliveries. The market is sure to gain momentum post RERA and GST as buyer sentiment is at an all-time high. Both the projects are RERA-compliant and all necessary approvals are well in place,” said Deepak Kapoor, Director, Gulshan Homz and President, CREDAI – Western UP.
Gulshan Homz has projects in Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida West by the names of Gulshan Vivante, Gulshan Bellina, Gulshan Botnia, Gulshan Ikebana, Emerald Heights etc., across which it has delivered over 4500 units or roughly 4.3 million sq ft in the last four years and is currently developing approximately 1900 units, summing up to around 3.9 million sq. ft. in the Noida region.
