The benchmark BSE Sensex ended marginally lower by 11.96 points at 25,610.21 on Friday, while the NSE Nifty inched up by 1.20 points as investors remained wary ahead of the release of factory output data.

Arvind Limited: Arvind shares gained as much as 2.7 per cent in the morning trade on Friday after the company said it has entered the cosmetics segment through a tie-up with leading beauty retailer Sephora, owned by French luxury conglomerate LVMH Moet Hennessey Louis Vuitton. The share price of the company closed 0.62 per cent higher at Rs 261.30.
Raymond Ltd: Raymond shares gained as much as 2.6 per cent in the morning trade on Friday after the company informed stock exchanges on Thursday that the company’s unlisted wholly owned subsidiary company, Silver Spark Apparel, has completed the acquisition of Robot Systems on September 10, 2015. Later, the scrip closed 1.25 per cent down at Rs 387.55.
Brooks Laboratories: Company’s shares hit a lower circuit limit of 10 per cent at Rs 58.30 on BSE on Friday after the market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) barred the company and its top executives from the securities markets for five years.
