Majesco shares gained as much as 3.79 per cent on Thursday after the company informed bourses that iSIGN has joined Majesco’s partner ecosystem. Through this strategic partnership, Majesco will use iSIGN’s electronic signature solution to deliver Majesco’s solutions to its insurance customers enhancing their digital footprint.
At 10.11 am, shares of Majesco were trading 2.24 per cent up at Rs 541.20. The scrip opened at Rs 542.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs 549.45 and Rs 537.20, respectively, in trade so far. Sensex was up 244.60 points at 26,984.99.

For the quarter ended March 31, 2016, the comany reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 1.97 crore against net loss of Rs 0.03 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago.
