China will increase the amount of loans it issues from its $3.69 trillion of foreign exchange reserves, the country's premier Li Keqiang was quoted as saying by state radio on Wednesday.

China will increase the amount of loans it issues from its $3.69 trillion of foreign exchange reserves, the country’s premier Li Keqiang was quoted as saying by state radio on Wednesday.

China will ensure that the renminbi will remain stable at a reasonable level, Li was also quoted as saying. Meanwhile, banks will be encouraged to help provide support to exporters in claiming tax rebates, and local companies will get more oportunities to raise renminbi funds abroad, Li said, according to the state broadcaster.
