Hunger pangs can do wonders sometimes, especially when the food service company decides to give you credits worth 400 bucks for free. Krisshna Sarswat, a Delhi-based lawyer, recently had the most interesting chat with Zomato application ‘bot’ for customer service. After not getting his food delivered on time, Krisshna took to the app to reach out to the customer service application when he met his friendly yet flirty ‘bot’. Apart from just surprising Krisshna with its flirty yet witty messages, it even decided to shower him with 400 Zomato credits! Believe it or not but Krisshna’s Facebook post, where he shared screenshots of the chat, left the world pleasantly stunned.
The chat took a funny twist when Krisshna asked for a ‘break up’ with the Zomato ‘bot’ which left it to say, “Nooo, I can’t loose you.” Krisshna, on his Facebook page, posted multiple screenshots of the chat with the Zomato executive and wrote, “Dear World, Behold the most interesting Zomato chat. This indeed was the best Bot chat/customer support chat I ever had. WAY TO GO ZOMATO, you got some funny wits on keyboard. Thanks for 400 credits. #zomato. Laughed hard all way through it. Swiggy- Pay heed now.”
Talking to indianexpress.com, Krisshna confirmed the news of him getting 400 credits in his Zomato wallet. Though this does not seem to be the first time that Zomato ‘bot’ has got personal with its customer. According to IE, last year the ‘bot’ had advised a customer to quit smoking.
