Air Arabia, the largest low-cost carrier in the Middle East and North Africa, has announced the launch of comprehensive equated monthly installment (EMI) payment options for Indian travellers. The EMI option allows travellers to budget their expenses, whilst allowing them to travel to destinations connected by the Air Arabia network. Currently, the EMI facility is available for credit card holders of eight Indian banks: ICICI, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra, IndusInd, HSBC, State Bank of India, HDFC and Central Bank of India.

After selecting the flight and reserving tickets on their website, users need to opt for the ‘pay with EMI’ option on the payment page and choose their preferred bank. The self-explanatory interface will display a choice of duration for the EMI, along with the amount break-up that will be billed to the credit card statement every month.

Air Arabia operates 115 weekly flights from its hub in Sharjah to 13 cities in India including Jaipur, Kochi, Nagpur, Coimbatore, Thiruvananthapuram, Goa, Kozhikode, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, and Chennai.
