TNPSC recruitment 2018: Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has announced the direct recruitment of 56 vacant posts of Laboratory Assistant in Forensic Science Department under Tamil Nadu Forensic Science Subordinate Service. The application process has begun on the official website – tnpsc.gov.in. Interested applicants may apply for the posts on or before the last date, i.e., 21 February, 2018. It is mandatory for the applicants to register their basic particulars through One Time online Registration system on payment of Rs.150/- (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty only) towards registration fee. Following the registration, the applicants can apply online for this recruitment. Applications are only accepted online. Offline mode of payment in the form of Demand Draft / Postal Order etc., will not be accepted and the applications will be rejected. More details about the recruitment are as follows:

Eligibility:

Educational Qualification- (as on 25.01.2018)
• Applicants should possess a Pass in Higher Secondary Examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Botany & Zoology as subjects.

Physical fitness-
• Applicants selected for appointment to the said post will be required to produce a certificate of physical fitness in the form.

Selection Process:

• Based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the Written Examination, the tentative list of eligible candidates for certificate verification will be announced on the Commission’s website.
• After verification of the original certificates, the eligible candidates will be summoned for counselling following the rule of reservation of appointments.

Step 5) Upload photograph and signature as per the specifications are given in the guidelines.
Step 6) Fill in other particulars in the online application that would include the name of the Candidate, Post applied, educational qualifications, Communal Category, Date of Birth, Address, Email ID, Centre of Examination etc.
