‘Shakti Leadership: Embracing Feminine and Masculine Power in Business’ book was launched at Taj Palace, New Delhi. The launch event was attended by a group of significant personalities and socialites including Ratan Kaul – a veteran Page 3 diva who celebrates and humanizes the revolving fortunes of the Capital’s high society, Vandana Das – president DDB Mudra Group and Yogesh Kapur – Regional Head, Axis Bank.

The event began with the unveiling of the book by Nilima Bhat and Raj Sisodia, who spoke about the book and its importance in the current day to day scenario.

Speaking on the occasion Ms. Bhat stated “The message of the book is one that can help balance the lopsided way of leadership. Reaching into ancient apiritual and mythical teachings, the book revives a feminine archetype of leadership: generative, cooperative, creative and empathetic”.

The event further witnessed a panel discussion by prominent literatis like Deepika Jindal, MD JSL Lifestyle – subsidiary of Jindal Stanless Limited, Santosh Desai – a prominent columnist TOI City City Bang Bang, Anuradha Mathur – Founding Dean of The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women and Sanjib Chatterjee – Architect and Designer KAARU design studio representing India, UK & Japan.
