SBI PO Result 2017: The State Bank of India has released the preliminary examination results for the post of probationary officers today. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now check their results on the official website of SBI at sbi.co.in as the result link has now been activated by the bank on the site. According to an Indian Express report, the results have been declared a day prior to the scheduled result announcement date. While checking the results, candidates need to keep their roll numbers/ registration numbers handy as they will need it to check their results. This year SBI successfully conducted the PO 2017 examination in the month of February across the country.
The examination was conducted for recruitment to around 2200 posts of probationary officers. Candidates who successfully clear the preliminary examination will have to appear for the mains that will be held on June 4. Call letters for the main examination which will be conducted online will be released on May 22, results for which will be announced on June 19. Candidates who clear both the preliminary examination and the mains exam will then be called for a round of group discussion and personal interview. The GD and PI will take place on July 10, the final results will be declared on August 5. After which candidates who clear will be recruited by the State Bank of India.
Steps to check SBI PO Result 2017:
Step 1: Visit the official website of State Bank of India at sbi.co.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the tab that says ‘Careers’
Step 3: On the careers page, now click on the link that says, ‘SBI PO 2017 results’
Step 4: Enter your roll numbers/ registration numbers along with your date of birth and the captcha code
Step 5: Click on submit
Step 6: Your results will appear on the screen. Check your scores and take a print out of the same for future
