The Jammu and Kashmir government is developing infrastructure across the state for the benefit of students at the Industrial Training Institute (ITI). Under this new infrastructure plan, three more buildings are being constructed at ITI Bhaderwah in the Chenab Valley seeing the huge rush of students.
At present, English stenography, electrician, plumber, welding, cutting and sewing, mason training are being imparted to students, but once the new infrastructure is completed, new courses will be introduced.
A new library and hostel are also being constructed for the students’ convenience. Students appreciated the steps taken by the state government.
“We have a triple P project here in which some of the ITIs have been covered up and Bhaderwah is also one of that ITI which is being covered in this project. The three trades that have been introduced here are motor mechanical, computer hardware and office assistant,” said Ravinder Singh, Superintendent, Industrial Training Institute, Bhaderwah.
