Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS ) today conducted preliminary examination for RRB officer scale I recruitment. The examination was held in four shifts. The institute has also scheduled the examination on 10th, 16th, 17th, 23th and 24th September. Experts say that the RRB examination which held today was overall between easy and moderate level. Candidates coming out of the exam hall were seen being relieved. However, some showed concern that the number of questions attempted will be higher. According to Hindustan Times report, there were no major changes in the level and type of questions in any of the shifts.
IBPS RRB officer scale 1 prelims exam 2017 had two sections– reasoning and quantitative aptitude. The two sections contained 40 questions each. Candidates had 45 minutes to solve 80 questions. The exam has two phases – Preliminary and Mains. If the candidates qualify, they will give the Mains exam. After clearing the Mains, another written test round and an interview will tell the final result.
