Kidswear and toy retailer Toonz Retail India has appointed Dentsu India its creative agency, which will be responsible for a complete mandate. Dentsu India is the full-service creative agency of multinational media and digital communications firm Dentsu Aegis Network. Toonz Retail India MD and CEO Sharad Venkta said: “We felt the need of a professional agency to communicate our brand value to further build trust among parents and customers.” The retail chain operates over 100 stores spread across 50 cities in 15 states.
As part of the creative mandate, Dentsu India would develop the main brand campaign, along with designing Toonz tactical campaigns throughout the year. The campaigns will be launched as a pilot in Karnataka and tapping mediums such as TV, print, radio and OOH (out-of- home), the company said.
