The job: The most important objective is how we can remove corruption from this country. Paytm is all about cashless payment and commerce. It replaces cash with Paytm wallet (a digital format of money). Once we can reduce cash from everyday business, we remove corruption.

The weekdays: I plan my day in such a way that the first half is spent on meetings with my team and the second half with visitors. That way all top of mind discussions and reviews can be completed. My day includes discussions on various open issues, planning for growth and any operational issue we are seeing.
The Paytm team is a bunch of smart and hard working people. My role is to guide them.

The weekend: The first half of the weekend goes in meetings and calls with potential new team members and business partners. The second half is for family and personal time. I love to create a to-be-done list for Monday/ following week too. So I end up emailing my team a lot.

The toys: My iPhone. It’s now like second skin for me. In fact, many days I open my laptop but I do my entire work using the phone only.

The logos: For cars, it is BMW while for gadgets it is Apple. Tumi is my favourite brand when it comes to bags, and for shoes it is Clarks. I don’t wear watches or any other accessories.
