Xiaomi cannot sell mediatek powered phone in India due to a litigation and all phones sold online are Snapdragon powered Soc. Also note the Indian variant doesn't have USB type c but only comes with micro USB. It is one of major grouse point when it was launched. Can't really imagine vintage publishing house I like financial express too have started to write anything without confirmation.
