Reliance Jio is the hottest property in India right now. Ever since the newest telco in the country paused the delivery of its new feature phone, customers have been eagerly waiting for it to open. On the other hand, people who had already booked their phones have been waiting for them to get delivered. A recent report by NDTV said that the Jio Phone deliveries will begin on Navratri i.e. September 21. Jio has planned to deliver 100,000 handsets every day to meet the expected rush. As per the media reports, these handsets are being imported from Taiwan and will land at various locations in India, hence these particular locations may get the delivery first. Jio Phone Order Tracking – Online
a) To track your Jio Phone online, first, open the MyJio app.
b) Once the app is open, tap on the Manage Booking option.
c) An option to provide your registered number and OTP will appear on the screen.
d) Once you have filled the details, you will be directed to the My Vouchers page.
e) Currently, it will show a blank screen but once the phone is out for delivery, it will show the delivery date.
Jio Phone Order Tracking – Offline
I. To track your Jio Phone offline, the customers have to make a call to Jio customer care number 18008908900 and follow the IVR instructions.
II. However, make sure that the call is made from the registered mobile number only.

IV. Soon after making the call, you will receive an SMS displaying the details of your Jio Phone booking, including the delivery date and the store details.

About Jio phone
This feature phone was announced by RIL chief Mukesh Ambani during Reliance AGM earlier this year. The Jio Phone has a 2-megapixel rear camera and a front VGA camera. It will have a 512 MB RAM and 4 GB internal storage with the option of expanding it to 128 GB using an SD card. The handset will come with a 2,000 mAh battery and will have a 2.4-inch screen. To get this phone, customers will have to pay Rs 1500 which will be refunded in three months.
