SpiceJet is offering all-inclusive discounted fares starting Rs 849 on select domestic destinations and vacation getaways. Meanwhile, IndiGo has announced a three-day Summer Special Sale across its network. Under the Summer Special Sale, starting from May 8 till May 10, passengers can make bookings at compelling all-inclusive prices starting at Rs 899, on select domestic routes. According to MakeMyTrip and Via.com, the travel period for the SpiceJet offer is between June 20 and September 18. Meanwhile, another low-cost airline, AirAsia has unveiled a ‘Happy Holidays‘ offer, where it is offering travel to several Indian cities with fares starting from Rs 1,799.

There are many important routes covered under the IndiGo scheme, including Mumbai-Goa, Ahmedabad-Mumbai, Chennai-Port Blair, Guwahati-Hyderabad, Mumbai-Guwahati, Jammu-Amritsar, Delhi-Udaipur, Kolkata-Agartala and more. Under the offer, passengers can book their tickets for travel between June 1 and August 31. The discounted fares available under both the offers, can be claimed on a first come first served basis, are non-refundable and the companies have not disclosed the number of seats allocated under the offer. This sale is valid on direct flights and is not applicable on group bookings.

The AirAsia offer is available for selected Indian cities namely, Bengaluru, Goa, Hyderabad, Pune, New Delhi and a few more. The offer can be availed from now to May 14. The travel period under the offer is until October 31.

Meanwhile, SpiceJet also announced the launch of a daily direct flight connecting Kolkata and Surat from July 1. “SpiceJet is the first airline to offer direct flights on the route. Tickets for sale are now open,” an official statement from the airline said.

Sanjay Kumar, Chief Commercial Officer, IndiGo said in a press release, “After receiving a positive response on the April sale, we are delighted to announce another 3-day Summer Special Offer. We are anticipating an increase in demand beyond summer vacations and are pleased to introduce special fares. This summer special offer will enable us to make passenger experience, even more, hassle free than before.”
